Parts and Accessories Non-Warranty Return Policy

Returns: Parts and accessories purchased from Marine Parts Plus will be accepted for non-warranty return if returned to Marine Parts Plus within 15 days of delivery. All returns must be new, undamaged, complete, never installed, and in original factory-sealed packaging. Individual parts, accessories or components shipped as part of an assembly are not eligible for return. Tools and manuals are not returnable.

Refunds: Special Ordered parts and accessories will receive a refund of the purchase price less a 15% special order return fee and less any freight costs incurred by Marine Parts Plus.

Return Authorization: All returns require a Return Authorization, (RA). Contact Marine Parts Plus to request a RA prior to your return. Returns must display the RA number on the outside packaging. Returns also require an original or photocopied Marine Parts Plus invoice to be enclosed for the part(s) being returned. Please contact Marine Parts Plus for a RA at sales@marinepartsplus.com

Return Shipping: Send returns with RA number clearly indicated, freight prepaid to Marine Parts Plus, 21 Arlington Street, W. Yarmouth, Ma. 02673.

Please Note: It is the ultimate responsibility of the installer to ensure that the parts are correct for the application prior to installation.
